These Terms govern your access to and use of MakeMyInvesting's website, free workshops and paid educational services, operated by Tapas Chandra (SEBI Registered Research Analyst, Reg. No. INH000026381).
1. Acceptance
By registering for any workshop or accessing the site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy.
2. Educational Service
All content — including workshops, frameworks, case studies, videos, downloads and community access — is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform is personalised investment advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be 25 years of age or older and resident in India to register for the live workshop.
4. Registration & Account
You agree to provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for any activity carried out under your contact information.
5. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, recordings, slides, templates and written material are the exclusive property of MakeMyInvesting. You may not copy, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit any of it without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
- No screen-recording or reselling of paid sessions.
- No defamatory, illegal or fraudulent activity using our platforms.
- No solicitation of other students or community members for unrelated services.
7. Paid Programs
Paid programs are governed by their own enrolment terms shared at checkout, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeMyInvesting, Tapas Chandra and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your investment or trading decisions, or from any downtime, content error or interruption of service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
