Free Workshop
Our weekly 2-hour live workshop is offered free of cost. You may cancel your registration at any time by replying STOP to our WhatsApp message or clicking unsubscribe in our emails. As nothing is charged, no refund applies.
Paid Programs & Memberships
For paid programs, mentorship cohorts and research memberships sold by MakeMyInvesting, the following policy applies unless a program-specific policy is explicitly mentioned at checkout:
- Cooling-off window: A 100% refund is available within 24 hours of payment, provided you have not consumed more than one live session, one recorded session, or downloaded any premium asset.
- After 24 hours: The program is non-refundable, since digital content and live access cannot be returned.
- Failed / duplicate payments: Any duplicate charge is refunded in full within 7-10 business days.
How To Request
Email support@makemyinvesting.comwith your order ID, registered email and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to blacklisting from our future programs.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
